Honey,I love reading your blog! The first thing I do every morning now is check it! :-) The water situation is defenetly reminiscent of the Soviet Union. Glad you only had to go without it for a day. But I'm sure it seemed like one long day! Victoria
Vika is right, this was normal for USSR. No hot water in winter, no water at all in summer...
